SYI can supply ductile iron hinged type Manhole Covers according to EN124, with different series of size and shapes.
Ductile iron hinged manhole cover is made from spheroidal graphite cast iron by machining and hand moulding, the hinge types can be removable, non-removable, bolt hinge, pin hinge with different material, such as carbon steel, SS304 steel or SS316 steel. The non-removable hinge has the anti-theft’s function in so degree, all of the hinge type must open to 110°at least to keep safe, some of hinge type covers can blocks at 90° when closing, the safety factor is higher.
Very good quality, smooth and free from sand holes, blow holes, distortion or any other defects. Loading capacity is 40 tons. The normal coating is black bitumen 30 microns thickness, also can make the epoxy coating according to the customer’s demand.
The marks including the customer’s logo can be changed.
