SYI can supply ductile iron heavy duty D400 or medium duty C250 type channel gully grating, with or without two separate frame strips,grating can be connected the frame strips with 4 carbon steel or SS304 bolts.
Ductile iron C250/D400 channel gully grating is made from spherical graphite cast iron (ductile iron) by auto machine moulding,flat top, without hinge. Very good quality, smooth and free from sand holes, blow holes, distortion or any othe defects. Loading capacity is 25tons or 40 tons. With or without kite mark.
The normal coating is black bitumen 50 microns thickness, also can make the epoxy coating according to the customer’s demand.
