BS 1074 Single Orifice Air Release Valve with Integrated Isolating Valve

Single Orifice Air Valve is used in independent heating system, central heating system, heating boiler furnace, central air conditioning, floor heating and solar heating system and other pipe exhaust. Because there is usually a certain amount of air dissolved in water, and the solubility of air decreases with the increase of temperature, so that in the process of water
circulation, the gas gradually separates from the water, and gradually gathers together to form large bubbles or even gas columns.Because of the supplement of water, gas is often produced.

1.The buoy of the exhaust valve is made of low-density PP material, which will not be deformed even if it is soaked in high temperature water for a long time. It will not cause difficulty in buoy movement.

2.The buoy lever is made of hard plastic, and the connection between the lever and the buoy and the support is made of movable connection, so it will not rust during long-term operation, resulting in water leakage and the system can not work.

3.The seal end face part of the lever is supported by a spring, which can be telescoped with the movement of the lever to ensure the sealing without exhaust.
